Celebrate Easter Sunday on April 5 at Tori Blue with our seasonal four-course prix fixe menu– featuring your choice of appetizer, soup or salad, entree, and dessert.

Our regular menu will be available alongside our Easter selection, walk-in only.

Crab-Stuffed Shrimp

Jumbo shrimp filled with lump crab stuffing, finished with lemon butter.

Caprese Bruschetta

Toasted crostini topped with fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes, basil, and aged balsamic drizzle.

Second Course

Tomato Bisque

Silky roasted tomato bisque finished with fresh cream and basil oil, served with garlic toast.

Burrata Salad

Italian burrata, heirloom cherry tomatoes, spring greens, and aged balsamic vinaigrette.

Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb

Rosemary-garlic crust, red wine demi-glace, whipped potatoes, and seasonal spring vegetables.

Cedar-Plank Salmon

Cedar-roasted Atlantic salmon, lemon beurre blanc, seasoned rice, and seasonal spring vegetables.

Chicken Piccata

Pan-seared chicken breast, lemon-caper white wine sauce, whipped potatoes, and seasonal spring vegetables.
